HM cast

HM cast is known for its simplicity and ease-of-use. The treating professional simply rolls the material up like a stocking, moistens it and unrolls it around the limb to be immobilised. It is then easy to mold the cast and smooth its surface with a damp glove. It is therefore easy for the specialist to apply the cast after surgery.
